Dr. Katrina R. Carter
FOUNDER AND VISIONARY OF
HEAVENLY DOVE MINISTRIES
Katrina R. Carter, Apostle resides in Cincinnati, OH. She is a wife (Lucien Carter), and mother of 4 children (Naomi "Apple", Destiny, Julian, and Christina). She is also spiritual Auntie, Mother, and Mentor to many who affectionately call her “Aunt Kitty” or "Butterfly".

Katrina is an ordained Apostle, and Prophet, submitted to the leadership and alignment of Apostles Dr. Pamela and Dr. Chris Hardy, Eagles International Training Institute. She is a graduate of T.E.N. Ohio (2012), a licensed graduate of Eagles International Training Institute Dance Year 1 (2015), and School of Prophecy Year (2016). Katrina also serves on the Apostolic Leadership Team for Eagles International with Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy (Dallas, TX), and is the Team Director of The Eagles Network (TEN) Worldwide.

Called as an equipper and nurturer she is a Licensed Minister of the Gospel ,and ordained Evangelist submitted to the leadership and alignment of Jerry Culbreth, Sr. Elder and Apostle of Tryed Stone New Beginning Church (Cincinnati, OH). She is the lead-servant of ministries both inside and outside of the four walls of the church.
As the founder and visionary of Heavenly Dove Ministries, Katrina serves on prophetic teams at her local fellowship, and also reaches outside of the four walls by nurturing dance teams and leaders as well as by leading city-wide Unity teams.

Specializing in Early Childhood Education, Katrina is the Director of an Early Learning Center in Cincinnati where she srves families and children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Erica Gosha
ADMIN and ASSISTANT for
HEAVENLY DOVE MINISTRIES
Erica resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the mother of one Maria, who also dances with Heavenly Dove Ministries.
​
Erica has served as an Admin for nearly 20 years and Armorbearer for 5 years. She is currently enrolled in the Eagles International Training Institute studying The School of Prophets (SOP) year one and SOP through Tryed Stone New Beginning Church where she is under the pastorship of Jerry Culbreth and submitted to the alignment of Apostle Katrina R. Carter.

Proverbs is her favorite book of the bible and Isaiah 43:2 favorite scripture. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Erica is humbled to serve with Heavenly Dove Ministries and looks forward to what God will do next! "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9.
Destiny M. Turner, born in Racine, WI, is a multidisciplinary mixed-media artist. Working across visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, and modern arts, Destiny creates Christian faith–inspired work that explores themes of identity, healing, and spiritual transformation. Using color, texture, movement, language, and symbolic imagery, she designs pieces that invite personal reflection and facilitate moments of divine encounter.
Destiny’s artistic journey began early. At age twelve, she joined the Main Gallery arts program in Racine, WI, spending two years reconstructing and redesigning wooden chairs and tables. At thirteen, she entered the world of dance through her local church, discovering a new avenue for worship-based expression. Throughout high school, she competed in the NAACP ACT-SO program in both art and poetry, advancing to the national level for two consecutive years. During this time, she also shared her poetry at conferences and ministered through dance at a variety of events. Her artistic excellence earned her Gold and Silver Keys in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.

In 2016, Destiny relocated to Cincinnati, OH. There she began serving under Dr. Katrina R. Carter and became one of the ministry's choreographers for Heavenly Dove Ministries. While graduating from Eagles International Training Institute (EITI), she served as administrative support to Apostle Linda Iorio from 2018–2020. In 2020, Destiny was invited to join the faculty of Eagles International Training Institute and Bible College, where she has taught art for the past five years. Destiny also dedicated several years to dance ministry with Heavenly Dove Ministries and, in 2024, completed EITI’s year-long Dance course. Destiny also expanded her artistic outreach by hosting her own free monthly exhibition at Elements Eatery, where she set up live, interactive art stations. This initiative ran for several months and helped bring greater awareness to the role of the arts within a ministry setting, inviting the community to encounter creativity as a form of worship and spiritual exploration. Today, Destiny continues to minister through both dance and prophetic visual arts. She has created live artwork during worship services, concerts, conferences, and ministry events across numerous cities and nations, including Racine, WI; Cincinnati, OH; Youngstown, OH; Louisville, KY; Manila, Philippines; Georgetown, Guyana; Kingston, Jamaica; and Dallas, TX. Destiny has taught and offered prophetic art instruction across more than fifteen U.S. states and five countries, including multiple online courses. Her heart is to see creativity bring healing, activation, and spiritual awakening in the lives of others.
